Here’s how we’ll bring your project to life—step by step!

Working together

1. Let’s Get to Know Each Other

Just start by saying hello through my Connect form. I’ll then follow up with a short brief to learn more about your goals, ideas, and what inspires you.

2. Proposal & Agreement

Once I’ve received your brief, I’ll put together a proposal tailored just for you. When you’re happy with everything, we’ll sign the agreement and move forward to the next stage.

3. Content & Asset Collection

I’ll send you a link to my secure Dropbox client portal, where a dedicated folder will be set up just for your project. Simply upload everything I’ll need—like text, images, and brand guidelines—into your folder. If image sourcing is included in your proposal, I’ll take care of that for you. Once I have everything, I’ll create a clear project timeline and we’ll get started!

4. Design & Development

I’ll create your visuals and keep you in the loop with regular updates every step of the way.

5. Review & Feedback

You’ll review drafts and let me know what you think. One round of revisions is included—and I’m always happy to chat if you have questions.

6. Final Approval & Delivery

Once you’re happy with the final design and your payment is complete, I’ll deliver your finished files. I’ll also send you a link so you can review everything before we wrap up!

Communication

How we’ll stay in touch

For larger projects, I’ll schedule a discovery call to kick things off. Otherwise, email will be our main way to connect—I’ll do my best to reply within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive regular updates, and I’ll schedule check-ins as we go, so you’re always in the loop.

What to expect

  • Timeline: Every project is unique, so once I’ve reviewed your brief and received all the necessary content, I’ll share a clear timeline with you. To make sure we get started on the right foot, I’ll only schedule your project in once I have everything I need.

    Milestones: We’ll move through the process together: briefing, design, your feedback, and final delivery. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Client project portal: You’ll have access to your own project portal on Dropbox, where you can easily view and download files and updates—no Dropbox account needed!

    Guidelines & documents: All important documents and guidelines are shared through email or your project portal, so everything is always at your fingertips.

  • Final deliverables: You’ll receive high-resolution files in the agreed formats.

    Post-project support: Minor adjustments are available for a short period after delivery and will be charged at my standard rate.

  • Payment schedule: A deposit is required to start. The balance is due upon project completion.

    Payment methods: Bank transfer and PayPal.

    Late payments: Late payments may incur a fee or pause project progress.

  • Final files: Once full payment is received, you’ll have a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your project deliverables.

    Source files: Source files (such as original design files) are not included as standard.

    Stock assets: Any stock images or fonts used are subject to their own licensing terms.

FAQs

  • Just a clear brief, your content (text, images, fonts), and any brand guidelines you have. Don’t worry if you’re not sure about something—just let me know!

  • The fee covers only the services detailed in your proposal. Additional services (like copywriting, web development, print management, photography, or third-party costs such as stock images and fonts) are excluded unless agreed in writing.

  • Each project includes one round of revisions. If you’d like any extra tweaks or changes after that, just let me know—we can chat through your options, which will be charged at my standard rate.

  • You’ll have the chance to review and approve all proofs before we finalise your project. Please check everything carefully—once you’ve given the green light, I can’t be responsible for any errors or omissions that weren’t flagged at this stage.

  • Cancellation terms: If you cancel after work begins, you’ll be charged for completed work plus a kill fee (50% of remaining value) and any approved expenses.

    Refund policy: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • I retain ownership of all intellectual property in the work I create. Once your project is fully paid for, you’ll have a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the final deliverables. Source files, fonts, and stock images aren’t included unless otherwise agreed.

  • All your information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only for the purposes of your project.
